About Brittany

Brittany Weaver has Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and has used her education to promote health and wellness for over 17 years.  Although her studies were focused on the sciences, she worked through college as an usher at the university performing arts center and enjoyed taking in stage and musical performances on a regular basis to round out her education. Brittany believes in the importance of lifelong learning and continues to try new things (including taking voice lessons with her daughter at VPAC!)  She is currently a certified Spinning instructor and teaches indoor cycling classes at Lower Valley Fitness Club.

In 2013-14 Brittany worked on a team to develop a non-profit organization whose purpose was to improve education for K-8 students in the Lower Valley.  Serving as the Board Chair for nearly two years, Brittany gained experience in board leadership for non-profit organizations which she is pleased to impart to Valley Performing Arts Center.
Brittany and her husband, who are Colorado natives, came to the Lower Valley in 2010 so that he could practice full-scope family medicine.  Since then, they have worked together to open a Rural Health Clinic with the aim of improving health and well-being of body, mind and spirit both through medical practice as well as community involvement.  They love exploring the Pacific Northwest and can be found running and biking in the summer or skiing in the winter with their six children.
